Abstract : In the worldwide business environment, managing cultural diversity is an essential skill for firms operating internationally. Cultural variety presents a multitude of perspectives, talents, and experiences, which can serve as a competitive advantage. Nevertheless, it also poses obstacles, especially in intercultural communication and conflict resolution.
