Abstract : Global Human Resource Management (HRM) entails overseeing a heterogeneous workforce across many cultural boundaries. Comprehending cultural elements is essential for formulating and executing effective HR strategies that correspond with local cultural norms and company objectives. This chapter examines two significant frameworks for studying cultural dimensions: Hofstede’s Cultural Dimensions Theory and Trompenaars’ Seven Dimensions of Culture. These concepts elucidate the influence of culture on employee behavior, communication, leadership, and organizational practices within a global setting.
