Abstract : The goal of education is to bring out the best in people. It should contribute to the all-round development of a healthy and well-integrated personality and character. Personality and Character depend on environmental and demographic variables such as gender, age, and experience. The NCC serves as a transformation process from adolescents to members of the armed forces. This process is influenced by several factors that affect Personality and Character along with commitment, communication, and confidence in dealing with resistance to change. This study not only aims to add more knowledge to the existing research, but also tries to know more about the differences among both the variables. This study seeks to determine the role of Personality and Character in the NCC and non-NCC students.
The total sample of 110 students will be randomly selected from the Manayawar Kanshiram Government Degree college in Ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh. This included 60 NCC girl’s cadet and 50 non-NCC girl’s student. This study will show that there will be a significant difference between NCC and non-NCC students Personality and character.
