Abstract : In order to obtain economic justice lack of any conflict or violence, the ideal of social justice is pursued by the welfare state which lucidly reveals the value of Social Justice in present time in India.Through the revolutionary concept of Social Justice, not only the Rule of Law is made dynamic but life also gets importance and true meaning through it. As far as Justice is concerned, the same is a virtue through which we provide the persons whatever is direly and specifically due to them. So here lies an issue of assigning ability while considering any social order which is unjustifiable in nature: What seems due to any victim from beneficiary? And the same gets its response through the said concept of Social Justice: What we all are indebted to every victim of institutions becomes our endeavour of reforming the same. This paper initially examines the arguments in favour and against the concept of social justice,as a response to the issue of ability to assign. Further it focuses on the dire need of eradicating and tackling the issues of injustice, whiles few more distinct issues mayarise from practising the same. Now-a- days social Justice has become a part and parcel of political concordance, subject to the identification with new labour as an aim of strategy in society.Through the present paper, the author is making an endeavor to highlight and analyze the concept of Social Justice entirely, subject to its origin ,nature, norms ,misuse of liberty, socio-political pressure in Indian as well as International legislation ,case laws and many other factors. The research paper has been deliberated on the strength of doctrinal methodology based on secondary source of data.
