Abstract : Inequalities in education system not only related to students and teachers but also related to the distribution of resources, availability of opportunities to different social classes, to the curriculum, pedagogy of teachers and to the administration. Various education policies have been formulated but the change and development in the education system is very little. I am writing this research paper to address the problem which is untouched from many years that is a gap between formulation and implementation of educational policies in the schools and educational organizations, so that we can focus at present education policy 2022 and can work in a holistic and integrated manner in the implementation of this policy to avoid the inequalities and other issues in the education system. I used the empirical and observation approach to collect the data and information regarding this issue. A inclusive, integrated and democratic approach towards the implementation of the education policy in all the states of India is very important so that we can produce a developed education system and a comprehensive overview of the education policies.
