Abstract : The rapid evolution of technology has transformed supply chain management, offering opportunities to enhance efficiency, improve agility, and strengthen risk management. This study examines the impact of technological advancements—such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), blockchain, and cloud computing—on supply chain performance in Asian companies. Data were collected from 765 managerial and operational respondents across 8 companies operating in diverse industries in Asia. Statistical techniques including descriptive analysis, reliability testing, factor analysis, correlation, and regression were applied to assess relationships among variables. The findings reveal that technological adoption significantly improves supply chain efficiency, enhances organizational agility, and mitigates risks. The study underscores the importance of investing in technology and provides practical insights for supply chain managers aiming to achieve resilience and competitiveness.
