Abstract : The global aviation industry has experienced remarkable transformation from its early experimental phase to a highly sophisticated and technology-driven sector. This research paper explores the evolution of aviation with a focus on technological advancements, safety protocols, and emerging future challenges. The study adopts a theoretical and analytical approach based on secondary data from scholarly articles, institutional reports, and industry analyses. The findings indicate that continuous innovation in aircraft design, digital systems, and safety frameworks has significantly improved efficiency and reliability. However, challenges such as environmental sustainability, cybersecurity threats, and workforce shortages pose significant risks to future growth. The study concludes that strategic integration of sustainable technologies, robust regulatory frameworks, and global collaboration is essential for the long-term resilience of the aviation industry.
