Abstract : India is an agriculture driven economy and women play a significant role in the agriculture-based activities. Khandar block in Sawai Madhopur district of Rajasthan is well known for agriculture. This case study delves on a transformative approach to bring change and empowerment of women. The study highlights the strategies as well as collaborative effort by Udyogini and Prawah. The study is based on qualitative analysis of data through Focused group discussion and key informant information. The study highlights the key challenges faced by the women in working and how Udyogini helped in reducing these along with Prawah mahila kissan producer company.
