Abstract : This paper explores the intersection of technological advances and the participation of women in the workforce. It investigates how advancements in technology have influenced various aspects of women's employment, including access to jobs, work-life balance, skill development, and career progression. Through an analysis of existing literature and empirical evidence, this study elucidates the opportunities and challenges posed by technological innovations for women in different sectors and occupations. Moreover, it examines the role of policies and organizational practices in facilitating or hindering women's integration and advancement in the digital economy. By addressing these issues, this research aims to contribute to a deeper understanding of the evolving dynamics between technology and women's workforce participation.
