Abstract : The achievement of treatment depends on enough knowledge of the normal and abnormal anatomy of the paranasal sinuses, which is variable. It is key to identify the clinical and surgical matter of these variations. This article aims to describe the anatomy with common terminologies. Sure, infection and anatomic variations are determinants for the occure of sinus diseases.
