Abstract : Unani medicine encompasses a comprehensive approach to health, drawing from various traditional systems of medicine and incorporating insights from Ayurveda, Persian medicine, and Chinese medicine. This diverse heritage has contributed to the development of Unani medicine's unique approach to diet and its significance in maintaining overall well-being.
