Abstract : In Craig Brod’s book Techno stress, the human cost of the computer revolution, this term was first appeared in 1984. The part is done a person's disturbing inability to deal with technology. After decades, there is now strong evidence that the individual's health is negatively impacted by new technologies. In recent times the concept of techno stress has taken up. The term "techno stress" was created to refer to the burden imposed on by utilizing the newest technologies in both personal and professional settings (Louisa, 2022).
