Abstract : The purpose of this article is to investigate the process through which governments allocate resources to growing urban areas. Allocating government funding efficiently is essential for fostering economic growth, enhancing infrastructure, and resolving social challenges in large metropolitan areas. Descriptive qualitative methodologies were used for this investigation. In order to draw conclusions and provide recommendations for a program, researchers need both an overview of the program's execution and the incident's specifics. In 2019, the program was implemented. Interviews, questionnaires, document studies, and observations will all play roles in gathering information. Conversation and interview data suggested that most participants evaluated the program positively overall, despite some outstanding challenges. One of these is less than ideal levels of community involvement. The organization of sporting events must be fortified once again.
