Abstract : Natural Language Processing (NLP) is introduced and explained in this chapter. The notion of natural language processing (NLP) is examined in this chapter, "Introduction to Natural Language Processing," with a focus on its historical evolution and significance. Additionally, an overview of several NLP applications is given in this chapter. Later, "Language and Linguistics Basics," explores the basic components of language, such as phonetics, syntax, semantics, pragmatics, structure, and morphology. These chapters lay the groundwork for an in-depth investigation of NLP and the language principles that underpin it.
