Abstract : Leukopoiesis is a complex biological process that orchestrates the development of white blood cells within the bone marrow. This tightly regulated mechanism involves the differentiation and maturation of leukocytes, each possessing specialized functions essential for immune response and homeostasis. The stages of leukopoiesis and highlighting the factors influencing cell fate decisions and the molecular signals guiding differentiation, Flow cytometery is an instrument for cell analysis and allows researchers to characterize and quantify different stages of white blood cell development based on surface markers and intracellular proteins. Molecular biology techniques, such as polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and gene expression profiling and contribute to the observation of key regulatory genes and signaling pathways involved in leukopoiesis.

Keywords : Leukopoiesis, Neutrophils, Eosinophils, Basophils, lymphocytes and Monocytes
