Abstract : The phrases "public relations" and "publicity" are frequently used synonymously with one another. Even though such a procedure seems reasonable, there is a chance that it is not totally accurate. Public relations include publicity as one of their functions. Public Relations is a more general phrase that "connotes the full being of an organisation with respect to its self-presentation to the world." Public Relations is a more expansive field. The goal of public relations is to establish and sustain among the general public an attitude that is favourable toward an organisation, as well as its products, ideas, and employees. Publicity is only one of several strategies that can be utilised to successfully complete this mission.
