Abstract : The amount of unchanged form of drug and rate at which the drug is gets absorbed from its dosage form is called as Bioavailability.
The bioavailability of drug gives a clear idea about its therapeutic effectiveness. If the amount of drug reaching to its site of action in optimum concentration and rate, that is required for its therapeutic action, then the drug is said to be good in terms of its bioavailability.
