Abstract : This study on “child Labour” conducted on the sample of 130 respondents from Panipat District with objectives- 1. To study the problem of child labour in India. 2. To study factors responsible for child labour. 3. To analyse the present legal framework dealing with the problem of child labour in India. 4. To suggest possible measures to prevent and control the problem of child labour.
