Abstract : According to the WHO, there are many different types of abuse that may occur, including physical, mental, emotional, and psychological, as well as in the form of neglect or exploitation. It creates conditions that are detrimental to a child's health and welfare, as well as their security and safety. Abuse of children may take many forms and can be found in almost every part of India, including cities, rural areas, houses of the wealthy as well as homes of the poor, public places, and educational institutions. In order to completely eradicate child abuse in India, a comprehensive approach that has the backing of a wide variety of stakeholders is required.
