Abstract : Legal practice is one of the oldest profession in the world, however it has predominantly remained male centric be it judiciary, law practitioner or academics. With the passage of time more women have started studying law however they face numerous hurdles in this profession. This article would discuss the challenges faced by women in legal profession.
