Abstract : SJ Pvt. Ltd. is yet another company which takes training and development very seriously. It spends an approximate amount of Rs. 20 lacs on training every year. It allocates near about 100 man-hours every year in the areas of training and development. Each employee spends 25-30 days in a year in terms of mandatory training. In addition to this, there is also a voluntary short-term course of 10 days in the company classrooms. Every employee is also entitled to an additional Rs. 5000 as refund in lieu of successful completion of training with good grades.
