Abstract : The purpose of a business is to create and keep a customer, stated by the ultimate guru of management- Peter F. Drucker. CEOs and Business leaders always emphasized that the customer is a king and it has become a philosophy in marketing. Companies all over the world spend billions on promoting, branding, and marketing their product or service. A lot of time and resources are invested by the companies in understanding what the customer wants, what has been their experience, and how delighted they are after using the product or service that they offer. Even with the best companies, the practice hardly inspires confidence. But the companies that are practicing it, are way ahead of their competitors. One of the leading casual dining chains in India, Barbeque Nation is a unique example of the same.
