Dr. Vinod Kumar SV is a Public Health Specialist with over 20 years of experience in administration, academics, research, and training. He completed his MBBS from Govt. Stanley Medical College, Chennai, and an MD in Preventive & Social Medicine from SMS Medical College, Jaipur. He has served in the Indian Army as a Short Service Commissioned Officer and Deputy Assistant Director of Health. Dr. Kumar has worked with Indian Railways, Mahatma Gandhi Medical College, IIHMR University, and Jhpiego. At IIHMR, he has held roles including Associate Dean, Controller of Examinations, and faculty member. He led maternal health interventions in Rajasthan as State Team Leader for Jhpiego. His research interests include infectious disease epidemiology, maternal and child health, and innovations in health education.

Ms. Kirti Agarwal is a Public Health Professional with strong expertise in project management and communication. She holds an MBA in Hospital and Health Management from IIHMR University and is pursuing a PhD in Health Management. Currently serving as Manager (Strategy & Partnerships) at IIHMR University, Jaipur. She has led impactful public health programs on national and international platforms. Her collaborations span WHO, Jhpiego, GIZ, NHSRC, Government of Rajasthan, and GAIN. She has received best presenter awards at international conferences and scholarships for academic excellence. Her work reflects a commitment to aligning strategic initiatives with organisational goals.
