Rajesh Elayedath is Assistant Professor in Special Education, School of Behavioural Sciences, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala, India. He has 18 years of teaching experience. Dr. Savita is holding post-graduation to her credit namely; MBA. She has Ph.D. in Finance from IKG-Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar. She has qualified UGC NET (2011,2012). She has experience of more than 14 years in academics. She is at present associated with Amity University Haryana. She has presented papers in various National and International conferences. Dr. Savita is a keen researcher, she has authored and co-authored more than 10 research papers published in Scopus, WOS ,and UGC care listed journals. She is an author of various books i.e. “Navigating Financial Markets: A Theoretical Approach”. She has attended and conducted various seminars, workshops and Development Programmes in her field.
Prof. Jamakhandi Hayavadana
Prof. Jamakhandi Hayavadana graduated with a B.Tech in Textile Technology from Bangalore University in 1985, an M.Tech from PSG College of Technology, and a PhD from Anna University in 1998. He also holds an MBA from the University of Madras. With 38 years of academic and industrial experience, he has published numerous papers in national and international journals and holds two patents. His research focuses on mechanization of handloom, textile testing, and Lean Six Sigma applications. During his 28 years at Osmania University, he served as Professor and Head, guiding numerous Ph.D scholars and graduating 26 UG and 6 PG batches.
Dr. Naveen Kumar M.
Dr. Naveen Kumar M. is an accomplished educationist with over a decade of experience in the field of education. He holds an M.Sc. from Kuvempu University and an M.Ed. from the prestigious Regional Institute of Education, NCERT, Mysore. He qualified the UGC-NET with Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in Education and went on to earn his Ph.D. in Education from the Centre of Advanced Study in Education (CASE), Faculty of Education and Psychology, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. He is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Maulana Azad National Urdu University (a Central University). His academic and research interests span across Inclusive Education, Teacher Education, Science Education, and Educational Sociology. He has presented papers in National and International seminars and conferences.
