Dr. Tosendra Dwivedi is a distinguished psychologist and academic with 17+ years of experience in teaching, research, and training in mental health, well-being, applied psychology, and personality development. He is Professor of Psychology at Alliance University, teaching Social, Clinical, Cognitive Neuropsychology, and Organizational Behavior. He holds a Master’s and PhD in Psychology from the University of Delhi, with doctoral research on Power Dynamics among Youth. He has taught at leading institutions including Delhi University, IGNOU, Amity, Galgotias, Jain, and CMR University. Beyond academia, he has trained government officers, corporate leaders, NGOs, and paramilitary forces, collaborating with bodies like the Election Commission of India and ONGC. A prolific author, he has published 35+ international papers and nine books in psychology & honored Vidya Samman (2019) & Indian Humanitarian (2020) awards.

Dr. Teena Hassija is an accomplished academician and researcher with a Ph.D. in Behavioral Sciences and over 20 years of experience in education, research, and career development. She currently serves as an Associate Professor in the School of Business at Manav Rachna University, where she specializes in Entrepreneurship and career readiness among youth. As the Founder Director of EdMantus, Dr. Hassija has also established herself as a leading voice in entrepreneurship. A CPD-accredited expert, she holds certifications in Career Counseling, Train the Trainer, Corporate Training, and Soft Skills Facilitation. She also has conducted more than 100 training programs, seminars, and workshops for students, educators, and professionals. Dr. Hassija has been recognized with multiple national and international honors, including the Iconic Woman of the Year (IIU, Australia), Alliance Pratistha Award, Bharat Shiksha Samman, and Best Career Counselor of Faridabad.
Prof. (Dr.) Priyanka Murria
Prof. (Dr.) Priyanka Murria is a distinguished Professor of Economics at the IITM Group of Institutions, with over 18 years of teaching experience at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. She has authored two books on Microeconomics and Macroeconomics and holds a Ph.D. inEconomics, M.Phil (Econ.), MBE, UGC NET, and CA PE-II (ICAI). A First-Class B.COM. (Hons.) graduate from Shri Venkateshwara College, Delhi University, she has conducted numerous national and international conferences. She has been part of NAAC team of institute, Program Director, NSS Head, and MOOC Coordinator, and was Editor-in-Chief of a UGC- CARE approved journal.Her research area includes inclusive development, farmer suicides, self-help groups, inclusive education, and Indian Knowledge System.
