Rajesh Elayedath is Assistant Professor in Special Education, School of Behavioural Sciences, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala, India. He has 18 years of teaching experience. His qualifications include M.Sc, M.A.Education, B.Ed Special Education and Masters Diploma in Counselling Psychology. He is a RCI certified professional. At present he is member in Board of Studies of School of Behavioural Sciences, Mahatma Gandhi University and formerly member of P.G Board of Studies, Pedagogical Sciences, Mahatma Gandhi University as well as Board of Studies, Psychology, Kannur University.

Dr. Amit Prakash

Dr. Amit Prakash is an Assistant Professor in the University Department of Mathematics, Jai Prakash University, Chapra. Born on 26th January 1985 in Chapra, Bihar, he grew up in a typical middle-class Indian family where his early experiences nurtured his passion for education and scholarship. He earned his Ph.D. in Mathematics  and has since been actively engaged in teaching and research. With over eight years of teaching experience at both Graduate and Postgraduate levels, Dr. Prakash has guided and inspired countless students in their academic pursuits. He has authored seven books on Mathematics covering Graduate and Postgraduate curricula, which are widely appreciated by learners and scholars. In addition, he has contributed numerous research papers to reputed national and international journals, strengthening his academic recognition. With a strong academic foundation, dedicated teaching experience, and a commitment to research excellence, Dr. Prakash continues to play a significant role in the advancement of Mathematics education and scholarly discourse.

Sanjay Kumar Sharma

Sanjay Kumar Sharma is an accomplished academic leader, educator, researcher, and business operations expert with more than 15 years of experience in the education industry. He currently serves as a Regional Director in Edutech. Beginning his journey as a passionate Physics teacher, he has trained and mentored over 50,000 students for NEET, JEE, and Olympiad examinations. An MBA graduate and M.Sc. in Physics, he has also completed professional certifications from prestigious institutions including IIT Roorkee, IIM Kozhikode, and ISRO. Alongside leadership and operations, he is actively pursuing research focused on student analytics, career pressure, and holistic educational development. Sanjay is also an author of the book Frame It Right: The Science of Perception, aimed at helping students and parents build the right perception toward learning and career growth. He is deeply passionate about leadership development, public speaking, AI in education, team training, and modern teaching methodologies. His vision is to combine education, technology, management, and human understanding to create meaningful impact in students' lives and the future of learning.

Prof. Jamakhandi Hayavadana

Prof. Jamakhandi Hayavadana graduated with a B.Tech in Textile Technology from Bangalore University in 1985, an M.Tech from PSG College of Technology, and a PhD from Anna University in 1998. He also holds an MBA from the University of Madras. With 38 years of academic and industrial experience, he has published numerous papers in national and international journals and holds two patents. His research focuses on mechanization of handloom, textile testing, and Lean Six Sigma applications. During his 28 years at Osmania University, he served as Professor and Head, guiding numerous Ph.D scholars and graduating 26 UG and 6 PG batches.
