Dominic Amalan
Dominic Amalan. A is a Catholic priest and Rotarian who serves in the Diocese of Buxar, Bihar. He has a thirst for knowledge and seeks to stay current in a variety of multi-disciplinary academic and professional domains. His imaginative responses to the daily reality led to a beautiful and valuable fusion of body, mind, and soul. He has served in a variety of administrative roles and currently leads as the Principal of St Mary's School (+2 ISc / CISCE Curriculum), Buxar. He has a passion for superior results in the building and use of human resources to transform persons in the society. He holds degrees in M.A. (English), M.Ed.(Pursing), LL.M., M.B.A. (HR), and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Management. He was awarded an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Education by Maryland State University, (USA), and an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Law and Transformational Leadership by the Honorary Doctorate Award Council (HDAC), India. He is a life member of the World Human Rights Protection Commission (WHRPC). In national UGC Care Journals and international publications, he has published more than a dozen research papers and articles. He has also authored several books to his credit.
Dr. Ratna Pandey
Dr. Ratna Pandey is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Arts at the Deen Dayal Upadhyay Institute of Rural Development, Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University (DBRAU), Agra. She holds a Ph.D. in English and has over 20 years of teaching, research, and academic administration experience, with expertise in English Language and Literature, Communication Studies, Personality Development, and Higher Education. She has published numerous research papers, book chapters, and conference presentations in interdisciplinary areas including Artificial Intelligence, Digital Humanities, NEP 2020, Environmental Humanities, and Indian Knowledge Systems, and has received several academic awards for her research contributions. She has also served in key administrative roles, delivered expert lectures and training programmes across universities and government institutions, and remains committed to promoting research-driven, value-based, and technology-enabled education.
Dr. Sapna Dinesh
Dr. Sapna Dinesh is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Home Science at Mount Carmel (Deemed to be) University, Bengaluru. With over 12 years of teaching and research experience, she specializes in Resource Management, Ergonomics, Interior Design, Consumer Behaviour, Occupational Health, Entrepreneurship, and Marketing Management. She holds a Ph.D. and is UGC-NET and SET qualified. Her research focuses on musculoskeletal health, workplace ergonomics, sustainable interior design, entrepreneurship education, and consumer behaviour. She has authored and edited 6 books, contributed 7 book chapters, published 18 research articles in Scopus & WoS journals, and presented 10 research papers at national and international conferences. She is also pursuing postdoctoral research in musculoskeletal health among adolescents and young adults. Dr. Dinesh actively contributes to curriculum development, student mentoring, academic leadership, and faculty development.
Prof. Jamakhandi Hayavadana
Prof. Jamakhandi Hayavadana graduated with a B.Tech in Textile Technology from Bangalore University in 1985, an M.Tech from PSG College of Technology, and a PhD from Anna University in 1998. He also holds an MBA from the University of Madras. With 38 years of academic and industrial experience, he has published numerous papers in national and international journals and holds two patents. His research focuses on mechanization of handloom, textile testing, and Lean Six Sigma applications. During his 28 years at Osmania University, he served as Professor and Head, guiding numerous Ph.D scholars and graduating 26 UG and 6 PG batches.
