Dr K Kalaichelvi
Dr K Kalaichelvi, M.Com.,M A. M B.A., M.Phil., P h.D, presently working as Assistant Professor of Commerce at Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirapalli. She was formerly the Head of the Department of Commerce, Government Arts and Science College for Women, Orathanadu. She has a vast teaching and research experience of about two decades. She is a regular participant and presenter, contributed to and invited to various national and international conferences. As a reputed and excellent academician and administrator, she is also active in organising awareness and motivational programs for the development of students, women and children. She has received several national and international awards for academic excellence. She has also been a trainer to budding entrepreneurs. Her expertise and research interest in entrepreneurship and marketing have made her look into marketing ethics and green marketing and have been instrumental in creating this book.
Sowmya K
Sowmya K is a PhD candidate in the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at IIT Bombay, Mumbai. She is currently working in the field of commons or "Poramboke" in the city on the urban transformation of landscapes. She holds an M.A and a B.A in sociology from the University of Madras. She received a distinction in her master's with a gold medal from the University of Madras for her academic performance. She is keenly interested in anything concerning humans and their social behaviour. She likes observing humans and recording them academically or creatively in her free time. She is also interested in humans and their changing behaviour. The increasing consumer orientation towards green products has caught her attention. She has also observed that green marketing in companies has emerged as a critical trend. The implications of such green marketing and ethical notions surrounding such tactics have made her part of this book.
